Park Ridge

One of eight towns in the beautiful Pascack Valley area of Bergen County, Park Ridge is known for its excellent schools, beautiful homes and easy accessibility to New York City. In the early 1900’s, Park Ridge established its own Electric and Water Companies that still serve its residents to this day, and today has become home to a growing corporate population while holding on to its small town appeal.

The historic “Bears Nest” section of Park Ridge is being developed for luxurious townhomes a hotel and newly designed corporate campuses. An interesting historical note: Richard Nixon owned one of the original Bear’s Nest townhomes!
